If you say “Yes”, then please join us for a full training to learn how to facilitate a self-healing, Sound Medicine session with Bronze Age Instruments.
• You will be introduced to the Bronze Age healing instruments and practice playing Gongs and Singing Bowls for balance and harmony.
• You will learn how to play the Bronze Age Instruments to serve Sound Medicine to restore balance and harmony to all the bodies.
• You will be introduced to ancient techniques and sacred traditions to create a state for healing to occur.
• You will learn the Science of Sound from sticks and stones to brain states.
• You will learn the Art of Vibration and how to stimulate the senses to relax and move to a state for healing.
• You will learn how to use entrainment and sympathetic resonance in your practice.
• You will be introduced to the Sound Medicine Wheel by Michael Enderle.
• You will be introduced to the Nervous System Reset, Parasympathetic and Sympathetic States and Vagus Nervous System.
We welcome all Bronze Age instruments. These include Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Ting-Shaws, Bells, and Conch.
Michael brings plenty of instruments to share.
Please feel free to bring the instruments you want to learn about.
Attendees should wear comfortable clothes and bring what you need to lie down or sit on the floor. Recommendations include a pillow, blanket, mat, sleeping bag and an eye mask, or anything else that will enhance your experience and relaxation throughout the facilitator training day.
Also, you are encouraged to bring water for yourself.
