This community spiritual gathering is also known as the “Church Of Hum”.
Our “Church of Hum” has no organization, no hierarchy, and no doctrine. It is a space that we hold as sacred for everyone to share in the currents of vibrations and become one with the waves of sound. A safe place to come together in a sort of “Hum”. It’s hard to describe, it is easy to experience.

You are invited to experience this Spiritual Gathering Sound Bath with Gongs as we flow into the universal energy of peace and harmony with community.
We hold space to acknowledge our blessings while offering gratitude and thanks for what we have received. We encourage folks to set intentions to release and clear blocked or stagnant energy.
This Community Spiritual Gathering Sound Bath Meditation will allow for reflection and contemplation on the source of your inner-values and beliefs and aims to develop a deeper connection with the universe, encouraging awareness, transformation and gratitude.
Becoming whole is a conscious practice to mindfully engage ourselves by supporting the process to discharge blocked emotions as we find a way for spiritual growth in this comfortable and supportive space we create in community. This is “Church of Hum”
During this Spiritual Gathering Sound Bath, Michael will share the sounds and vibrations from the Gongs, along with the Conch, Flute, Shruti Box, Chimes and Kalimba. Combining the sounds from of the Gongs with the sounds from the ancient instruments is a way to regain and maintain our original sense of wholeness and well-being by channeling the transformational waves from the ancient instruments to the body, mind, heart and spirit to restore balance and harmony.
Bring all you need to be comfortable while lying down or sitting on the floor. Yoga mats, foam pads, or air mattress are recommended. Also, bring blankets, pillows, eye cover and water to enhance your relaxation experience.
You may bring any items you would like to clear, cleanse or energize and place them on the altar.
You may also bring a journal if you choose.
Everyone is welcome. No experience is needed.
