No experience necessary – this ceremony welcomes all seekers, from the curious beginner to the seasoned practitioner.
What to Bring: Items for your comfort as you lie on the floor or sit while drumming – suggestions include a yoga mat, meditation cushion, stool, or comfortable chair. You are also welcome to bring drums, rattles, flutes, rain sticks, and other ancient instruments to play and share.
